Jason Bonn
BIM/CAD Designer
With over 30 years of experience in the construction and design industry, Jason brings deep expertise in project planning, drafting, and field execution. Jason attended Eastern Florida State College for Computer-Aided Drafting and Design and has built a career focused on delivering precise, functional designs using AutoCAD and Revit to produce accurate, efficient models for residential and commercial projects.
His early career in carpentry and custom home building laid the foundation for a deep understanding of how design translates into real-world construction. In addition to BIM Modeling at Pilottown Engineering, he teaches construction-related courses through the New Castle County Vo-Tech Apprenticeship Program, where he prepares the next generation of skilled professionals in areas such as drafting, blueprint reading, and construction practices.
Jason lives in Newark, Delaware with his wife Marlene and son Jaden. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family and being outdoors—especially fishing, which keeps him grounded and connected to nature.
