Jenna Tobias

Jenna Tobias began her career at Pilottown Engineering in July 2023 while pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, which she earned in May 2025. As a drafter, she works closely with Pilottown’s engineers to translate structural designs, field notes, and project information into detailed construction documents using AutoCAD and Revit. Her project experience includes residential, commercial, and other building types throughout the region.

Dedicated to expanding her technical skills, Jenna regularly participates in webinars and continuing education focused on Revit, AutoCAD, and emerging technologies within the AEC industry. With a strong passion for residential design, she particularly enjoys projects that combine technical problem-solving with thoughtful solutions tailored to homeowners and their individual needs.

A Delaware native, Jenna graduated from Caesar Rodney High School and has called Sussex County home since 2018. She lives in Milton with her husband, Andy, their two children, Arwyn and Hardin, and their German Shepherd, Titan. Outside of work, Jenna enjoys gardening, spending time on the bay, or getting lost in a good book.
