Jessica Rodgers
BIM / CAD Manager

Jess has over 14 years of experience in Computer Aided Design and Building Information Modeling.  She is a graduate of Del-Tech’s Architectural Engineering program and has worked with Jim and Mark for the past 14 years.  Jess has been proficient with Revit for her entire career and has helped implement the use of Revit in the office along with taking part in establishing REVIT within the Delaware Tech Community College curriculum.

Jess’s areas of professional experience include projects that bridge all building sectors including but not limited to educational, retail, residential, hospitality, healthcare, office, mixed use, and parking garages. She has utilized her Building Information Modeling (REVIT) expertise by helping architectural and contractor clients install, train, and utilize the program to its maximum capabilities. Her passion for the profession is constantly shown in her quality of work and her ability to assist Building Information Modeling education with clients and students.

Jess lives in Greenwood, Delaware with her husband Ray, and their two children. Jess’s creativity and dedication is not only shown at work but also continues in her passion for her many areas of enjoyment. She has established and operates a very successful photography business and also enjoys hunting and being outdoors with her family.
