Ale started with the Pilottown Engineering family in November 2019 on a part time basis.  Ale graduated from Del Tech in May 2020 with an architectural engineering degree and then started full time with Pilottown in June 2020.  Ale has worked on projects such as Princeton University, Rutgars Cancer Institute of New Jersey, Frawley Stadium and Freeman Stage Amphitheater.  She specifically enjoys working on designing local house plans.  Ale most recently finished a structural REVIT class in May and has completed coursework at DelTech in REVIT. 

Ale lives in Lewes, Delaware with her husband, Tom Deptula and daughter, Livy. Tom is an electrician at Murphy Electric based out of Lewes as well.  Ale also was a pastry chef before working at Pilottown – her favorite thing to make was ice cream!  Their family loves to camp, hike, fish and go to the beach.  They also love to garden and have a huge garden and greenhouse on their property.  In their garden they love to pick flowers, grow tomatoes, asparagus, peas, and beans.
