Ryan has more than 8 years of experience working in the structural engineering consulting industry. He has worked alongside Mark and Jim since graduating from University of Delaware with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.  Ryan is a licensed Professional Engineer in the state of Delaware.

Having grown up in a household where his father worked in the construction industry, Ryan has always enjoyed learning and experiencing all aspects of a building’s construction. He utilizes his background in each of the projects he’s involved with by bringing technical and practical solutions for the betterment of the job. His work experiences include multiple educational facilities throughout the region along with multi-family, residential, hospitality, healthcare, and component design projects.

Ryan lives in Middletown, Delaware with his wife, Ashley, his daughter Maya, and their dog Fred.  Ryan loves to be outdoors fishing and crabbing the local waterways in the summer, along with hunting the local area during the winter time.
